This soil moisture meter has three functions, you can test the pH/Light/Moisture of the soil according to your needs, to help you know the condition of the plant more clearly, two high-precision probes will detect the moisture and pH value, through scientific data monitoring determine if plants get enough sunlight to keep plants grow healthier!
Friendly reminder：
1. Do not forcibly squeeze into hard soil or solid objects, this will damage the probe
2. Do not test pure water or other liquids separately, It can only be used to measure soil
3. Do not put the soil meter into the soil for a long time
4. Please clean the probe after each use so that you can get accurate data next time
5. If the soil is too dry, the indicator needle will not move, please fill in water before the test to ensure that the soil meter works
6. Since soil most often is in/close to a neutral state (with a pH value of 7-8), it is highly likely that you find the needle in the display window to stay still (because the default pH value is set at somewhere between 7 and 8) when you use it to test the pH value of soil. Customers sometimes are misled by this appearance and hence regard the tester as a defective unit by mistake.

Step 1: push switch
Push switch to moist/light/pH position according to your needs.
Step 2: insert probe
Slowly Insert two probe into soil 4-6 inches (2/3 of the probe).
Step 3: wait 5-10 minutes
After ensuring that the probe is covered with soil, wait 5-10 minutes to get more accurate data
Step 4: clean probe
Pull out the probe slowly and clean the probe without turning off the soil detector
