Antique 1920 Pond Boat - Sail Boat - Sailing Ship

Very nice American made pond boat from around 1920. Family of previous family told me it raced in a lake in or near Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY in those days. All wood with some brass trimmings. It is in excellent undamaged condition and is partially rigged. Wonderful polychrome paint does show some aging and some chips as should be expected and finish on deck is nicely alligatored as only the years can do. There is no dry rot on it and I have had it as a display piece for about 40 years.
The boat is 30" tall in total, 26" tall and 6" wide. Hull is 23" long. The boat appears to be complete as far as I can tell but I am no expert in these models. Please enlarge the photos as they are part of the description and check your measurements carefully as all sales are final.
