Instructions:
➤ Using Steps:
1. Remove the protective cover.
2. First rinse the electrode with distilled water, and use a filter paper to absorb the moisture attached to the electrode.
3. Turn on the switch located on the battery compartment.
4. Insert the instrument into the test solution, and immerse the measuring electrode in the test solution.
5. Stir the solution gently and wait for about two minutes to read the displayed value. After use, clean the electrodes. (Don't touch the glass electrode head with your hand or other objects when using. After the measurement, rinse with water and dry it). Turn off the switch and put on a protective cover.
➤ PH calibration:
1. Rinse the calibration powder with 250ml of distilled or purified water, immerse the PH electrode in a mixed phosphate standard buffer solution with a pH of 6.86 (or 4.0), and shake it gently.
2. With a yellow tool, facing the round hole behind the pH pen, turn left or right to adjust the calibration potentiometer until the displayed value matches the pH value of the standard buffer solution at ambient temperature of 6.9 (or 4.0).
3. Do not contaminate the medicine. Seal it with plastic wrap after calibration, and it can be reused. After calibration, wash it with pure water. If it is not used often, it can be calibrated every 3 or 6 months!
