This doll features elastic straps on top of her boots so your little girl can slip her feet into them and walk or dance with this big 40" doll.  Great retro 2003 item!  Nice condition, does not appear to have been used much at all, only flaws I can find are on the vinyl boots, there is a minor scuff / scrape and a faint discoloration or two.
