LCD12864 control panel is an extended accessory of ramps. Offline printing can be realized through this LCD control screen, which is to copy the Gcode file of the 3D model to the SD card, and then print the file through the LCD control screen. This version is an upgraded version of reprap smart controller, with a standard cable 30cm
Combining all the functions on one board solves the cumbersome and easy-to-fail problem of Ramps1.4 combination interface
The circuit board uses a high-quality 2-layer board, and has been specially optimized for heat dissipation; ramps are 2-layer boards
The product uses a dedicated power chip, supports 12V-24V power input, and solves the heating problem of the Ramps voltage conversion chip
The firmware can use the open source firmware Marlin, the configuration is exactly the same as that of ramps1 4, which can directly replace Ramps1.4o
Using 4982 as the motor drive, the performance is equivalent to 4988, but using SOP package, the heat dissipation effect is better
Using high-quality MOSFET tubes, the heat dissipation effect is better
It can accept 24V input. Under the same system power, the hot-bed current can be reduced to 1/4, which effectively solves the heating problem of the hot-bed MOS tube
It can be directly connected to Ramps1.4, 2004LCD control board and 12864LCD control board
MKS-BASE is a product specially optimized for the problems of open source motherboards such as Ramps1.4 and Megatronics V2.0. It is especially suitable for manufacturers of mass production of 3D printers as the main control board

It can be directly connected to 2004LCD or 12864LCD (without the L-shaped adapter board). Note:

Please do not plug and unplug the motor and drive when the power is on, which may cause the drive to burn out; also do not adjust the current during the peration of the motor
The correct approach is to first disconnect the power supply, unplug the motor, and then re-energize, adjust the potentiometer, and measure the voltage on the potentiometer until the measured voltage is the same as expected
Do not plug in the reverse drive, otherwise it will burn out the drive and even the motherboard
