Draft horse cinch of none slip material with center seam. There is no outside binding. This patented draft horse cinch features open weave breathable pvc which helps the area under the girth stay cool. It will not absorb sweat. Others have copied this cinch but cannot use the patented mesh interior that allows air and heat to pass through the cinch. High quality stainless steel hardware is used throughout. Two solid s.S. D's at the center for easy attachment of training aids. This western cinch will not chafe or scald or gall. It is easy to clean just hose off. It will dry in minutes. The patented shenandoah cinch does not hold bacteria like leather fleece or fabric cinches.

If the item(s) is damaged in transit or DOA, an exchange will be made or a refund issued. We offer a money-back guarantee on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA) - This will allow us to process your return when it comes back to our warehouse. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted.

We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may not be returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on any costumes purchased from Aug. 1 - Oct 30 - After Halloween (Oct. 30). We will not accept any returns for Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn.
